Welcome to the Goalkeepers Anonymous Online Academy
If you're a goalkeeper, or the parent of one, this academy exists for one simple reason.
Goalkeepers, their parents, and the coaches who work with them
20 to 40 minutes, two or three times a week
Two parts. The core modules, and weekly training and community
Yours. Nothing here expires and nothing needs catching up on
To remove confusion and give goalkeepers clear, calm guidance on what to work on and how to develop with confidence over time.
Why this exists
01 / IntroductionWe've travelled around the country with our goalkeeping camps, and the feedback from parents and goalkeepers is always the same.
There is a severe lack of goalkeeper coaching available nationwide. Keepers are left to work things out on their own, and parents are left guessing at how to help.
This is not a course you rush through. Nor is it a library you binge in a weekend.
This is a living academy, designed to support goalkeepers week by week, alongside their club training, their matches and everyday life. A structure that tells you what to work on at any given time.
What this academy is
02 / ScopeAnd, just as importantly, what it is not.

How the academy is structured
03 / StructureThe core modules
The 12 foundations of goalkeeping, from identity and mindset through handling, shot stopping, 1v1s, communication and leadership. Work through them at your own pace. There is no race to the end. This library is evergreen.
We call this The Goalkeeping Playbook. The fundamentals everything else builds on, listed in full below.
Weekly training & community
Each week, new content drops in the Community section, staying connected to real match and training situations. You don't need to catch up on everything. You just follow this week.

Two things worth saying early
06 / NotesFor parents
You're very welcome here. This academy will help you understand the goalkeeper role, support confidence after mistakes, recognise good training, and take pressure off rather than add more. You don't need to be a goalkeeper yourself to get value from this.
On mistakes & confidence
Mistakes will happen. That's part of goalkeeping. We will never judge a goalkeeper by one game, one goal or one moment. The focus here is on response, habits and long term development, and that mindset runs through everything.
How to get the most from it
07 / HabitsFour simple habits to make this work for you.
Start with Module 1.
Engage with the weekly posts when you can.
Ask questions in the comments.
Take what applies to you. Leave what doesn't, for now.
There is no perfect pace. There is only your pace.
You're here because you care. About improving, about learning, or about supporting someone who plays in goal. That already puts you in the right place.
