What age is it for?
Any keeper aged 9 and up. Sessions and strength plans are tiered by age, so younger keepers aren't overloaded and older and adult keepers are still properly challenged.
How does the free week work?
Pick a plan and you get full access straight away, free for 7 days. If it's not for you, cancel before the week is up from your account and you won't be charged. If you stay, your plan starts automatically.
Can keepers outside Ireland join?
Yes. The academy is fully online, so keepers anywhere in the world can join and train.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly members can cancel from their account and keep access until the end of the month they've paid for. Annual members can turn off renewal at any time and keep access for the rest of their year.
Why is annual better?
It's €29.89 cheaper than paying monthly, and goalkeeping improves with consistency. A year covers a full season plus the off season, which is when the biggest gains happen.
How much time does it take each week?
Most sessions take 30 to 45 minutes. Two or three a week alongside club training is plenty to see real progress.
What equipment do we need?
Gloves, a ball and a bit of space. A wall, a few cones and someone to feed shots help, and every session tells you exactly what's needed.
Does a parent need to be involved?
No, but it helps. Plenty of drills are solo. Our parent guides show you how to support without needing to know anything about goalkeeping.
What if my keeper loses interest?
That's exactly why there's a free week. Try it, see if they enjoy it, and cancel before day 7 if it's not for them. Monthly members can also stop anytime, and new content every week gives keepers a reason to keep coming back.
Is this a replacement for club training?
No. It's what club training is missing. Keep training with your team and use the academy for the specialist goalkeeper work, strength and mindset that team sessions rarely cover.
Can a club or coach use it with a group?
Yes. Our club packages give every keeper in your club access, plus coach accounts for running group sessions. See club packages.
Is my child's data safe?
The account is held by the parent or guardian, and we only collect what's needed to run the membership. Community spaces are moderated by GKA.
